SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
Our current processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Processing time is not included in the delivery time.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard Parcel delivery is based on the following delivery schedule:
Local: 1 to 2 business day (Fulfillment center is located in North York, Ontario, Canada)
Regional: 1 to 3 business days
National: 2 to 7 business days
US: 3-7 business days
Delivery schedules are based on times between most major urban centres in Canada and in the US. Delivery to non-major urban centres or remote locations in Canada and the US are subject to additional delivery time based on Canada Post's Deliver Standards detailed at www.canadapost.ca/deliverystandards .

SHIPPING FEES
WinePlush ships online orders to Canada & the United States via Canada Post and Purolator. Orders made in Hong Kong are sent via SF Express.
The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order & the final destination.
Please note that any duties/import taxes for deliveries outside of Canada is to be covered by the customer.

WinePlush ships online orders to Canada & the United States via Canada Post and Purolator. Orders made in Hong Kong are sent via SF Express.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and process in stock orders the following business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. US orders are shipped within 5 to 7 days.
Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on the following statutory holidays:

US shipments may be subject to taxes and duties at the customer's expense.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once we ship your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that will contain a link to track your shipment online at canadapost.ca/track . Please note, that it can take some time before your tracking information will be available on the Canada Post website.
RETURNS
Once an order has been processed we do not normally accept order cancellations or exchanges. If you have questions about your order, please contact us email by email: info@wineplush.com. Please include your order number for reference.
